Not another lead list

Reach the person who can buy

OwnerDial finds local businesses — then the owner’s name and their verified mobile — so your outreach hits a decision-maker, not the front desk.

Search a niche + city, or upload the list you already have. Export a CSV ready for Automock, GHL, and your power dialer.

A list of businesses is not a conversation

Commodity scrapers sell you rows. You still dial reception, leave voicemails, and wonder why reply rates suck. OwnerDial is the reach layer: who owns it, and which number actually rings their pocket.

Typical $29 lead dump

Business rows

Name, website, mainline phone, maybe an info@ email. Fine for mail-merge. Useless when you need a decision in one call.

  • Front-desk numbers only
  • No owner name or role
  • No mobile type or verification
  • Price war commodity
OwnerDial

Decision-maker reach

Every lead is enriched until you have a primary mobile worth dialing — plus owner identity so the first sentence isn’t awkward.

  • Owner name + role when found
  • All phones collected, typed, deduped
  • One primary = best verified mobile
  • CSV columns ready for Automock / GHL

Start from Maps, or from the list you already paid for

Same enrichment either way. Search pulls businesses; Upload skips straight to owner + mobile work.

Niche + city

Pull businesses from Google Maps (your Outscraper key). Rank, reviews, claimed status, website — then enrich.

No Maps key required

Free filters first. Pay only for survivors.

Designed so global and UK-heavy lists stay cheap — without skipping the verification that makes the mobile usable.

01

Collect the business

From Maps search or your upload. Keep name, website, place signals — Automock’s hard requirements stay intact.

02

Crawl + extract

Site crawl + LLM pull owner names, roles, phones, emails, socials — then dedupe every number.

03

Type the phones

Free offline mobile detection first. Paid lookup only for US/Canada and ambiguous NANP — capped per lead.

04

Export & dial

Table UI + CSV. Primary mobile maps to GHL Phone so powerdial rings the owner, not reception.

Built for dialing — and for Automock

First columns match Automock’s import format. Extra columns carry owner, primary mobile, alternate numbers, and email status. You upload to GHL and tag start-scrape — same as any list.

Business name Website City / country Owner name Primary mobile Phone 2 / 3 + type Email + verify Rating · reviews Socials
Standalone product. OwnerDial does not edit Automock and does not auto-push to GHL. It is the reach front-end of a closing machine — CSV in your hands, demo + close in Automock when you want the full stack.

Stop calling buildings. Start calling owners.

Find the owner and a dial-ready number — then export straight into your dialer. Pricing is buyer BYOK (your keys, your volume): a flat software fee, with your data usage at raw vendor cost. Concretely: 1,000 enriched leads typically runs $55–$60 all-in, including the monthly fee.

$49/month · the OwnerDial engine · you connect your own five data keys (usage at cost, ~$6–8 per 1,000 leads processed)

Plain answers

Is this just another Google Maps scraper?

No. Search is only door one. The product is owner identity + verified mobile enrichment — so you reach the buyer, not a list of storefronts.

Do I need technical skills?

No coding — but you will connect five data accounts (a few minutes each; every key has a "get it here" link and OwnerDial tests each one with a green tick). Same idea as connecting Twilio to GHL. After that: pick a niche and city, or upload a CSV, and OwnerDial handles the rest.

Who pays for the data APIs?

You do (BYOK — five keys: search, phone check, crawling, AI extraction, email verification). That keeps the software fee sane and your cost proportional to volume. Free offline filters run first so you only pay lookups where they matter. All-in example: 1,000 enriched leads typically costs $55–$60 total — the $49 fee plus roughly $6–8 of usage on your own keys.

Honestly — how many leads come with a real mobile number?

In our benchmark testing across sample markets, 80–95% of US leads and 40–80% of UK leads returned a mobile-type line classification (this identifies the line technology — it does not guarantee it is the owner's personal device). Owner-name matching typically ranged 60–90% depending on market. Actual rates vary by niche and area. We don't guess or pad: every lead carries a reach-confidence label and a source link so you can verify the data path yourself, and leads without a mobile still include the business line, website, and verified email where found.

Does it replace Automock?

No. OwnerDial is reach (find + call). Automock is demo + close. Export CSV → import to GHL → tag start-scrape. They stack; they don’t merge.

What about compliance / do-not-call?

You are responsible for lawful use of the numbers you dial. Leads carry per-country compliance notes (UK TPS, US DNC awareness) so you know what to check before calling. Always follow your local cold-call rules.

When does it ship?

The engine is built and live-tested (both doors, big background orders, source links on every lead). Hosted launch is in progress — join early access to be first in when it opens.
